It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to abandon or deposit any automobile body or frame, or any farm machinery in the Quinter City Dump.

Refrigerators, stoves, washers and dryers may be deposited in the Quinter City Dump, but only in the area designated for this purpose and only under the supervision of the person in charge of the Quinter City Dump who shall be appointed by the Mayor and the Council of the City of Quinter.

No dead animals or parts thereof shall be deposited in the Quinter City Dump.

All paper and paper products shall be burned before depositing in the Quinter City Dump.

It shall be unlawful to shoot firearms of any type in the Quinter City Dump.

Any persons, firm or corporation violating this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and if found guilty, shall be fined not less than ten ($10.00) dollars or more that fifty ($50.00) dollars for each offense.

The City of Quinter Police Judge is hereby granted authority to parole any fines levied hereunder to not less than ten ($10.00) dollars, consistent with the purpose of this article.
