A Charter Ordinance of the City of Quinter, Kansas designating an official city newspaper and repealing any ordinance in conflict therewith.

Be it ordained by the Governing Body of the City of Quinter as follows:

Section 1. REPEALS: Charter Ordinance No. 20 is hereby repealed.

Section 2. PURPOSE: The City of Quinter, Kansas, is required by K.S.A 12-1651 to designate annually by Resolution or Ordinance, a newspaper with general circulation in the county, to be the official newspaper.

Section 3. DESIGNATION: The governing body shall designate by naming, the Gove County Advocate, a newspaper published in Quinter, Gove County, Kansas, the Official City Newspaper of the City of Quinter.
